JT Global (AS8681) is a telecommunications operator, and the largest provider of services across the Channel Islands, and inter-connectivity to the UK and Europe.
As a network operator, JT deploys and maintains a European IP network supporting the communications requirements of 160,000 Channel Islands residents and businesses and thus generates a large amount of Internet traffic. Jersey Telecom maintains its own transchannel submarine cables.
