AIX Route Servers
This entry pertains to the AIX Route Servers, which are located at all Peering LANs operated by AIX.
We recommend configuring the max-prefix on BGP sessions to the aforementioned values.
For redundancy, we operate two route servers (RS1 and RS2) using BIRDv2, which supports RPKI and IRRdb filtering.
Route Server Control
You may use Large Communities to control route redistribution via the route servers:
• Send prefix to all 152007:1:0
• Send prefix to $Peer-AS only 152007:1:<$Peer-AS>
• Do not send prefix to all 152007:0:0
